ProLink Transportation is looking for talented Sales Representatives and Dispatchers to support our growth. If you are a skilled Outside Sales Representative or have Dispatch or Brokering experience, we are looking for you.

Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Generate quality customers leads from Shippers, Freight Forwarders or other 3PLs, and Brokers
  • Conduct sales calls and in-person direct sales with prospective clients
  • Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials to support business development
  • Manage new customer leads and existing customer accounts

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Transportation industry sales (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Dispatcher

Responsibilities

  • Managing the assignment of commercial truck drivers to their designated loads; overseeing pick-up, in-transit, and delivery of freight
  • Identifying load opportunities and backhauls when necessary
  • Completing daily dispatch sheets
  • Maintaining relationships with customers, 3PLs and brokers with regards to loads and opportunities
  • Conduct screenings of new driver applicants

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Transportation or Logistics (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
